Here is how you make Macaroni and Cheese Baked or Not:

Cook pasta as directed. Melt Margarine on med/low whisk in flour. Mix boullion in water and add slowed 1/4 c at time whisk well and continue until all the water mixture is gone. Simmer on low while whisking continually for about 5 minutes until thick. Add milk slowing while whisking. Remove from heat and mix in the cheddar and am. cheese. Whisk until well blended. Pour over pasta and mix. Serve OR Place in a preheated oven at 350 in a 9x13 pan sprayed with canola cooking spray.
