2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Tsp Powdered Mustard

Here is how you make Low Calorie Mac and Cheese:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a medium sauce pan begin heating 1 cup of soy milk over medium heat. Whisk remaining 1/2 cup of soy milk with flour until there are no lumps. When the soy milk begins to steam add the remaining soy milk flour mixture. Continue whisking 3-4 minutes. Turn the heat to low then sprinkle the cheese in slowly. Stir in the powdered mustard and salt if desired. Keep stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Stir in the pasta.
