Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees. Prepare Rotini (al dente) and Vegetables per package instructions. Wisk together all Sauce ingredients directly in to a casserole baking dish (I used 2 smalls ones so I could freeze one serving for later in the week), add in the pasta and vegetables and stir.
