Spray 3 qt baking dish with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Boil macaroni according to package instructions. Add chopped cauliflower 3 minutes before pasta finishes. Drain. Return pasta pot to stove over medium heat. Add 1 T olive oil, diced onion salt and pepper. Cook until softened. Add pasta/cauli back to pot. Stir in grated cheese (reserve a bit for topping), sour cream, yogurt, milk, mustard. Pour into baking dish.
