Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Get a greased baking sheet (I used greased tinfoil over mine!)Let pastry shell thaw according to instructions.Cut the shell into 9 pieces (make sure sizes are about equal)On 4 of the pastry pieces, put a dollop of avacodo, 1 tbsp of cream cheese, 1 tbsp of pizza sauce and a few mushroom slices.Place empty pastry piece on top of one with ingredients. Seal the pockets tightly by pressing the edges with a fork. Seal well so filling doesn't ooze out.In small bowl, beat egg. Apply egg wash to tops of pastries.
