Pre-heat oven to 350*F.2. In boiling water, cook pasta until done, about 12 minutes. Drain when pasta is done.3. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in 2 Tbs. butter. When soft, add in flour and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat before adding milk to form a rue. Allow to thicken.4.
