Here is how you make L.R.cheese gnocchi:

Mix together ricotta, eggs, baking powder and salt. Add flour slowly, stirring thoroughly. More or less flour should be used until the dough is workable. Take spoonfuls of dough and roll into a 1/2 thick rope on floured counter. Take fork dipped in flour and cut off 1/2 inch pieces. Press each piece onto back of fork tines. Place onto a non-stick sprayed tray. To serve, boil gnocchi in lightly salted water until it rises to the top. Continue to cook about 1 more minute.
