Melt coconut oil. Saute raw pumpkin seeds until lightly brown. Add salt and pepper to taste and halved Brussel sprouts. Cook until tender and you may add little water to keep from sticking. Cover with a lid. Mix 1/8 cup hot water, honey, THM Super Sweet or any other sweetener of your choice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper; and pour over sprouts when tender.
