Here is how you make Down Home Macaroni and Cheese:

Melt 3 tbsp butter in saucepan on med. heat. Whisk in flour - cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, Gradually stir in milk and bring to boil. Cook and stir 3-5 min. until thickened. Add velveeta and cook until melted (3 min.), stirring. Stir in cooked macaroni. Pour into 2 qt casserole (sprayed w/Pam). Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Melt remaining butter and toss with crushed crackers. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
