Here is how you make Muenster Macaroni and Cheese:

Cook noodles to a dente in a pot of boiing water. While this is cooking chop up your parsey and mix with your cottage cheee and diced muenster cheese.. add a 1/2 stick of butter to this mixture (cold) cut in pieces. When noodles are cooked drain then mix with cheese mixture. Pour into a glass baking dish and dot top with 1/4 of a stick of butter or the other half if you are a butter freak like my daughter.
