1/2 c. frozen peas
3/4 c. skim milk

Makes about 5 1-c. servingsPreheat oven to 350Spray a 2 Qt casserole dish with cooking spray.Cook pasta as package directes: drainCombine cheeses and lemon peel, mix.Drain the artichokes and chop a bit, mix with peas.Mix the cheeses.To assemble:Layer half the pasta in the sprayed casserole dish.Top with half the artichoke/peas mix.Top with half the cheeses.Repeat layers.Pour the milk over the casserole: dust with the cayenne pepper.Bake covered, at 350 for 15 minutes; uncover and bake 5-10 mintues longer until mixture unti cheeses are melted and top begins to turn golden brown.
