How Do I Make Homemade Cheese Pizza?

Here is how you make Homemade Cheese Pizza:

Mix Yeast, water and sugar into warmed bowl. When mixture is 'frothy', the yeast is activated and ready to mix the remaining ingredients, except cheese and sauce. Use a mixer with or a dough hook, or use your hands to mix the ingredients together. Let dough rest in a warm place. When it has doubled in size, punch it down and let it rest again. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.After the second rest, flatten out the dough ans stretch it onto a pizza pan or stone. Place in oven and cook for 6 - 8 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and browning.
