Rinse Quinoa in cold water.Put Quinoa in microwave safe bowl. Add water this should more than cover the Quinoa as it will boil.Cook on high for 3 minutes.Stir and sit for 1 minute.Cook on high for a further 3 minutes.Quinoa is cooked when the little spirals begin to unwind from the grain.
