1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1) Cook the pasta ahead of time to el'dante'. Set aside.2) Whisk together the flour and milk. Place into a sauce pan, and heat slowly on the stove. 3) Once the flour and milk is starting to thicken, add the tomatoes and the cheddar cheese. Stir in the spices as well.4) Once it is bubbly and thick, mix it with the macaroni, and place into a casserole dish.
