Here is how you make Green Mac and Cheese:

Boil and drain the whole wheat noodles using box instructions. Defrost Spinach in the microwave. Wring out extra water by placing spinach in a few paper towels and squeezing.To move the meal along faster, put squash puree, milk, and cottage cheese into a separate pot and heat to boiling. When it hits a boil reduce the heat to a simmer.Add the defrosted spinach and cheese and stur mixture until well combined. Then add the whole wheat noodles.At this point you are done but if you want you could bake it in the oven for an additional 15 minutes with a crumb topping.
