6 slices Wheat bread (I used Dutch Country)
Kraft Singles White American Cheese, 6 slices

Here is how you make Open Faced Spinach Mushroom Cheese Melt:

Heat oil in large pot. Add minced garlic and scallions for about one minute. Then add mushrooms, spinach (it will cook down alot), and parsley.Stir until mixed together and then cover and let simmer for a few minutes....keep an eye on it as you will need to stir occasionally. Add Salt and pepper if desired.When done, make toast with the Wheat Bread in toaster....then arrange on baking sheet and top with spinach mixture. Evenly divide for all six pieces.
