Here is how you make Two-Cheese Baked Penne with Spinach and Green Onions:

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Mix cooked pasta, marinara, spinach, and green onion. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. Put pasta mixture into 2 quart casserole dish. Top with romano and mozzarella cheeses. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake for an additional 6-7 minutes at 350 and then broil for the last 3 minutes (or until cheese on top is browned to your desire).
