Salt and Sit for 30 minutes in colander. Rinse prior to cooking. Lightly coat eggplant, bell peppers, onions and garlic with flour.Warm oil in wok or large saute panadd onions, bell peppers and garlic. Cook until slightly brown and wilted. When pan is clean add worcestershire sauce and stir well. Put all veggies back into pan and stir well.
