Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In medium pot over high heat, bring 4 cups water to a boil. 2. While water is boiling, in a blender, combine nutritional yeast, pine nuts, onion and garlic powders, salt, pepper and parsley until well well-blended. Add remaining 1 cup water and soy sauce and blend. Add pasta to boiling water.3. In a large pan over med. heat, heat oil. Add flour and stir constantly to remove lumps. Pour in blended mixture and stir until a desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat. 4. Strain pasta and pour into pan of cheesy sauce. Transfer into oven-safe dish.. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 10 mins. Serves 4. *** Please note: I just made this yesterday and wasn't entirely satisfied with the result.
