A very interesting invention of mine for those eager for a filling vegetarian option. NOTE: I used college inn thai coconut broth. Gave it great flavor but I didn't see it as an option to choose in terms of ingredients. Same nutritional value thought.

Here is how you make Chickpea tagine:

saute onion and garlic in non stick spray. Add chickpeas, tomato, zucchini, brorth--bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add turnip, stir and serve.
