Chop up the onions and pepper; grate the garlic. In a 10 cup pot, saute until the onions are tender. Lower the heat. Add the chili seasoning to the meatless ground (if you use TVP remember to mix with water 1 cup dry TVP to 1 cup warm water) and mix together, then blend in with the sauted vegetables. To lower the sodium content of the chili, rinse each can of beans and corn before adding them to the TVP and vegetables. Add the beef broth, crushed tomatoes, and stewed tomatoes and mixed. Add the oregano, cumin, and ketchup. Stir again. Heat on medium heat until the some of the liquid has evaporated and the remaining liquid is "sauce-like". Serving Size:?8- 2 cup servings
