1lb Greens of your choice (spinach in calcs)
1 tsp chopped ginger
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
8 Cups of Chicken Stock (or vegetable, beef)

Seasonings-
3 Bay leaves
1 tsp honey, raw
1 tsp Thai Chili Sauce
3 T Chili powder (more to taste)
1 tsp Sea Salt (or to taste)

Garnish-
1 Juice of lime
1/4 C Fresh Parsley, chopped
