1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1.5 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 tsp Agave
2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
.25 cup Rice flour, brown
6 Green Onions
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

How Do I Make Sriracha Chili Tofu?

Here is how you make Sriracha Chili Tofu:

Mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha , ginger, garlic and agave to form a marinade. Marinate the tofu in it for 20 minutes. Set aside the marinade for later use. Heat a pan and add the sesame oil. Dredge the tofu very lightly in some rice flour, just enough to add a crisp to the tofu. Pan fry the tofu and set aside. To the same oil, add a sliced red onion and the red pepper flakes. Saute' for 3-4 minutesNow add the marinade and cook on medium/low until it starts to bubble.Now add the tofu and mix it well so the sauce coats every piece. Saut? for 1-2 minutes.Remove from the heat and garnish with green onions.
