2-15oz cans dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1-15oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1-15oz can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1-15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1-15oz can spicy chili beans
1-10oz can mushrooms (or 2 cups fresh, sliced and cooked with onions and garlic)
2 T to 1/4 cup chili powder (add to taste)
2 bags Morning Star Meal Starters Crumbles


How Do I Make Dad's Vegan Chili?

Here is how you make Dad's Vegan Chili:

Place coconut oil in large saucepan (8qt) and melt. Add onion and garlic and saute until softened. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, beans, mushrooms and chili powder to saucepan. Bring to a high simmer and simmer for 20 mins.
