Heat up the meat in the chili pot until it is warm. Stir in the seasoning mix, tomatoes, and beans. Bring to a boil and cover. Add a bit of other seasonings if you want. Reduce heat and simmer 10-20 minutes. Longer is better for more flavor. Stir occassionally. Serve warm with mozzarella cheese, crackers, sour cream, or just alone.
