Here is how you make Vegetarian Skyline Chili:

Mix all the spices together, set aside or store for later in an airtight container in a cool dark place. Finally chop the large onion. Use the food processor if needed to get sufficiently fine. Melt the ghee in a large sauce pan and saute the chopped onion. When onion is translucent add grounds and cook, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes until the grounds are brown and dry.
