Here is how you make Chocolate Chip Scones:

Preheat over to 400. Lightly spray baking sheets.Wisk together the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Set aside.In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles course meal. It is better for the dough to be slightly lumpy than to stir it too much? too much and your scones won?t be flaky. Fold the yogurt/sour cream mixture into the flour until you can collect the dough. Don?t stir too much or scones will be tough. The dough should be light and moist. Add Chocolate Chips and stir gentle.If you are baking them right away:Place on the baking sheet. Dust the top of the dough with 1 tsp sugar and pat the dough into an 8"-10" round.Score the dough to mark 8 wedges.Bake the scones 20 minutes at 400.If you are freezing some: Line a 9 inch cake pan with wax paper.Put dough in pan and pat it to form an even surface.Freeze for about 1 hour so that the dough is firm, but not hard. This will make it much easier to cut.Remove dough from pan and cut into 8 wedges. Store in air tight container using wax paper to separate layers.To bake, put frozen scones (as many as desired) on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes on 400.
