Mix to evenly distribute ingredients after each addition. Mix in water slowly with wooden spoon. This will create a dough that is a little bit moist. Set aside, covered and allow to rise for 1 hour.Mix other grandulated sugar, cinnamon and raisins and set aside. Allow Butter to soften so it is spreadable.After initial rise of dough lightly flour dough, just enough to gently roll it into a nice ball in bowl. Cover and allow to rise a second time. 30 -45 minutesOnce it has risen a second time turn out onto floured surface and roll out gently. Carefully streching with hands if necessary. Once this is a large rectangle spread the butter over entire surface. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over this and then evenly spread the raisins on top. starting at edge closest to you carefully roll the dough into a tube. Face the seam down and cut slices. I would suggest that you cut 1/2 peices, this should give you 20 thin slices. Don't worry once they have risen for the last time they will be big and plump. Place these in a sheet cake pan that has been lightly oiled. Make sure they are very close together. Once cooked you will have to cut them apart. Cover with towel and allow to rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until they have doubled in size. During the last rise preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. Bake until done.
