2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
bell pepper to taste

Here is how you make Carribbean Corn:

Mix lime juice, brown sugar, corn starch & spices. Pour into heated skillet, Cook to boiling, stirring constantly. Once thickened, add can of pineapple (undrained). Stir until combined.
