Here is how you make Quick Quinoa and Corn Saute:

Rinse quinoa thoroughly. Bring quinoa and water to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and let simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed and the germ ring is showing on the quinoa. Meanwhile, use a sharp knife to remove corn kernels. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan on medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in corn kernels and saute until corn begins to look slightly roasted. Turn down the heat to medium-low and add cooked quinoa.
