Here is how you make Deb's Kumara and Pumpking Couscous:

Bring 1/2 cup of water with Tumeric, Cumin, Stock Cube and Cinamin to the boil. Remove from heat and add couscous. Cover with a lid and leave to stand for 5- 10 mins. Chop Parsley, Coriander, Chives,Tomato, Cucumber, Red Pepper, Cooked Pumpkin and Kumara. Add and mix with Couscous.
