1 tbsp Fiberriffic
12.3 oz lite firm silken tofu (Mori-Nu)
1 cup unsweetened, fat-free soy milk (I used So Good Trim)
1 tbsp vanilla
? tbsp hazelnut extract
? tbsp Frangelico (or vodka)


How Do I Make Vegan Gianduja Ice Cream?

Here is how you make Vegan Gianduja Ice Cream:

Combine brown sugar, cocoa and water in a small saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in Splenda and Fiberriffic. Combine sugar mixture, tofu, milk, vanilla, hazelnut extract and Frangelico in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Chill 4 hours, or overnight.
