10 oz Farfalle Pasta
8 oz package of sliced portabella mushrooms
4 oz package of shiitake mushshrooms
1.5 cups sliced white button mushrooms
cooking spray
1/3 cup shallot chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 large cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2/3 cup fat free half and half
1/4 cup white wine
1.5 tsp salt divided
pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Here is how you make Creamy Farfalle with Wild Mushrooms:

First cook the pasta according to the package directions and set aside. Meanwhile chop the garlic and onions, remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and slice. Heat a large skillet coated in cooking spray over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions, shallots, garlic, and 1 tsp salt to skillet and cook until liquid evaporates (about 15 minutes) add the wine and cook until the wine is absorbed, 3-5 min. Combine parmesan cheese, half and half, pasta, mushroom mixture, parsley, remaining salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
