Mix Egg Whites and milk together with a fork, add Corn starch and mix until well blended. Spray a 8" non stick pan with pam, heat on medium heat 2 minutes. Pick up heated pan and pour half the mixture into it, and swirl around quickly to evenly coat the pan, will cook fast. Put back on stove and let cook add'l 20 to 30 seconds until edges start to fall from side. With a very flat spatula get under crepe and flip over, and cook 20 to 30 seconds.
