1.5 C. Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
4 Ripe Plum Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Curry Powder
Up to 1 C. Water


How Do I Make Stylized Curry?

Here is how you make Stylized Curry:

Put Potatoes and Kidney Beans in a non-stick skillet and heat on med. High heat until the beans are starting to "break down a bit" or get slightly mushy. Add the Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), tomatoes cut into quarters, curry powder, and up to 1 C. water. There should be enough water that it comes just over the rest of the ingredients.Let come to a light boil and cook for about 5 mins, until the sauce is at your prefered consistency (The beans thicken the sauce up nicely.. you wont believe its not made with a cream sauce)This is great served over rice!
