Here is how you make Green Curry:

In skillet, heat olive oil. Add ginger garlic paste, maesri curry paste and lemon grass stalk and fry off for 2-3 min. Add chicken broth and coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Add kefir leaves and simmer 5 minutes. Add broccoli, baby corn, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots and continue simmering 5 minutes. If adding additional ginger lr garlic powder, do so now. Add snow peas and simmer another 2-3 minutes. Take off heat fish out lemongrass stalk. Add lime juice& thai basil (optional) and serve over rice.
