salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
1-2 cans green beans, undrained
1 can mixed vegetables, undrained
1 can carrots, undrained
5-6 eggs, hard boiled and shelled

Fry the garlic and butter in a large saucepan until soft. Add flour, curry and either water or the liquid drained from the canned vegetables to the pot until it is about 1/3 full. (About 3-4cups).
