Remove tofu and add the onions and garlic slices. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add the green beans and cook until half way done. Add the carrots and cook 3-4 minutes longer. Add the red pepper and squashes. Cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients, except for corn starch and cook until all vegetables are tender. Add the tofu back in. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water and add to thicken.
