What Are The Ingredients For Quick and Easy Spicy Beans Recipe?The ingredients for Quick and Easy Spicy Beans are: 1 tin of baked beans (in sauce)About 2 cupfuls of Quorn mince or Vegemince, Half a medium Onion, 1 Cupful of Cherry Tomatoes, 2 Tablespoons of Chili Powder, 1 Tablespoon of Paprika How Do I Make Quick and Easy Spicy Beans?Here is how you make Quick and Easy Spicy Beans: Makes 3 servings, each about a large mugful.1. Chop the onion and tomatoes and fry in a large frying pan. (No need to use oil as the water in the tomatoes stops everything sticking)2. Once the onion is a transparent orange colour (orange because of the tomatoes) add the Quorn mince. Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder at this point to flavour the mince.3. When the mince is soft and moist, Pour the tin of baked beans into the frying pan. Mix everything together well and let it all simmer. Add the rest of the chili powder and the paprika, and anything else you fancy, and it's done within a few minutes :)This meal is perfect for students as all you need is a frying pan, it's really quick and easy, and it'll fill you up for hours!I always keep some in the fridge or freezer for midnight snacks :)Hope you like it, let me know what you think.
