Here is how you make Quick and Easy Crepes:

Makes 4 servingsServing Size: 2-3 crepes 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 tbsp butter1. Coat skillet with cooking spray and turn heat onto Medium setting.2. Combine milk, sugar, salt, flour, and eggs in a small bowl. Whisk together.3. Using a measuring cup, pour 1/4 cup into skillet and tilt skillet to spread batter around pan so that it thin. Once outer edges look done flip crepes. 4. Remove crepe from heat and spread a small amount of butter on top (use less than 1/2 tsp). Roll up crepe and set aside. Repeat with remaining batter.5. Each serving is approximately 2-3 crepes. Top with 2 tbsp maple syrup and enjoy!
