What Are The Ingredients For Easy peasy paneer Recipe?The ingredients for Easy peasy paneer are: 1 1/2 Tbs Oil5 cloves of garlic crushed 1/2 c water 2 bunches of spinach = 1 c cooked 2 1/2 tsp cumin 2 tsp garam masala 1 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 plain yoghurt ( I used soy yoghurt ..lactose intolerant) 1 1/2 onions finely chopped 3 1/2 tomatoes diced 6 oz firm tofu -drained and cubed How Do I Make Easy peasy paneer?Here is how you make Easy peasy paneer: First squish the moisture out of the tofu!Braise the onions and the garlic in a pot.When onions are soft add cumin, garam masala and salt.Mix well. add Tomatoes, spinach and water. Simmer for about 5 mins.Next take off from the heat and blitz it all together. But be careful it's hot and it can splash!Return to heat and add peas and yoghurt and stir well. Let it simmer on a low heat for 4-5 mins and then add the tofu.
