Preheat oven to 400Mix 1 1/2 cups of the flour together with the rest of the ingredients (will be sticky). Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup flour (use more if needed) onto flat dry surface and knead dough on top of flour.Once the dough is no longer sticky and is stretchy, divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll or stretch each portion to desired size and thickness. Spray pan or cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake in the oven for 4-5 mins to set the crust.
