Cut in half, length-wise.Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, till butter is lightly browned. Add pepper, salt and rosemary. Add potatoes to the pan, cut side down. Cook potatoes till they are browned and crispy on the cut side, but not dried out. You may need to reduce the heat if it's going too fast.
