Heat 1 tsp canola oil in skillet over medium-high heat, and add potstickers. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until browned on bottoms. Add 1/4 cup water to pan, cover, and cook 3 to 4 minutes more. Transfer to plate, and add 1 tsp more canola oil to pan. Add edamame, corn, and onions and peppers, and saute about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat, and stir in potstickers, sauce mixture, and optional cilantro and onions.
