Here is how you make Egg White Fritatta:

Spray nonstick pan with pam. When hot add 1 slice of canadian bacon cut into small pieces. When bacon has browned add egg whites (you can either separate eggs or use whites from the carton). When whites start to become cloudy add freshly diced tomatoes and freshly chopped basil spread evenly over eggs. If you like you can also sprinkle your favorite low fat cheese (1 oz.) and salt and pepper to taste.
