Spray skillet with Pam and preheat over medium heat. Preheat oven to 350F. Chop onions and red pepper. Remove corn from cob. Saute onions until translucent (3 min) then add red pepper and corn, saute another 5 minutes. In a separate bowl combine eggs, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
