How Do I Make Caprese Egg Sandwich?

Here is how you make Caprese Egg Sandwich:

Spray a small frying pan with cooking spray and fry one egg to over medium. Place the egg on one side of the sandwich thin. Place the mozzarella slice on top of the egg and toast in a toaster oven just until cheese is melted. I also place the other slice of the sandwich in the toaster oven to toast it as well.
