I just microwave the amount I need for breakfast (or dinner)!While toasting your english muffin, heat and spray a non-stick pan. Fill bottom of the pan with 1/4 cup of Egg Beaters, cover and cook on medium heat for just a couple of minutes, flip and remove from heat.Place 1 slice of tomato on each english muffin half.
