Gently beat eggs together. Melt butter. Mix together baking powder, salt, and flour.In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients.Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Allow to set for 5 - 10 minutes.
