Heat oven to 375. Spread 1 cup of salsa in 9 by 13 dish, and top with 6 tortillas. Top with one more cup of salsa, (cook the squash and mash and mix in the black beansand green chilis). Add a third of the mixture and top with 1/3 cup of the cheese. Repeat the layering two more times, cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. (you could add additional cheese, but add extra calories if you choose to, put the dish, uncovered under the broiler and brown the cheese).
